Job Requirements
- Associate degree in business or administration preferred
- minimum two years of relevant experience in customer service or office administration
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to manage multi-line phone systems
- knowledge of additional software platforms preferred
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- clear and professional communication skills
- empathy and interpersonal skills suited to a senior community
- valid Florida driver’s license
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to follow instructions in English
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree in business or administration preferred
- two years of experience in customer service or office administration
- experience managing multi-line phone systems
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- knowledge of computer software applications such as Smartsheet, Reserve Cloud, ICON, TELS preferred
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- excellent communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- empathetic and energetic with affinity for working with diverse senior populations
- valid Florida driver’s license with a good driving record
- ability to read and write and follow written and oral instructions
- experience with event planning preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise reception and concierge team members
- oversee daily operations of administration and front office
- ensure smooth administrative functions
- deliver exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and team members
- serve as a central point of contact for communication and coordination
- support other departments
- oversee office supplies ordering, stocking and access management
- manage relationships with third-party vendors such as shredding services, records storage, and copier services
- develop and maintain work schedules for front desk staff
- assist with training new receptionists and concierge
- keep staff updated on policy and procedure changes
