Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in front desk or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate logistics and vendor communication effectively

Job Duties
- Handle front desk responsibilities including checking in/out guests
- Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics such as catering and orders
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
- Provide administrative support including data entry, scheduling support, and filing
- Assist with vendor coordination, facilities requests, and maintain office supplies inventory
- Support project leadership with logistics
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or client information
