Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years in administrative position with experience performing similar duties, including managing, maintaining confidential information, and coordinating small to medium-sized projects
- Security and facilities experience
- supporting executive leadership and exposure to Christian Worship Music industry strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Anticipate and resolve routine issues
- demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and flexibility
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including room/equipment reservations, meals, and materials
- Support onboarding: prepare packets, assist with paperwork, and guide new hires
- Develop and maintain efficient office procedures aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee general office management, including reception, mail (sending/receiving/delivering), kitchen upkeep, and supply inventory
- Manage building access, visitor logs, and facility security in coordination with corporate security
- Consult with vendors, building management, and emergency services
- coordinate drills and training
- Oversee purchasing, equipment maintenance, expenses, and serve as liaison to HQ in Colorado Springs
- Plan and support office events, staff meetings, and Town Halls
- Maintain confidentiality and discern proper escalation of sensitive information
- Provide admin support to the Sr. HR Business Partner during onboarding and orientations
- Cheerfully assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
