- Professional, polished customer service presence with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and external partners

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
- Satisfactory completion of a background check

Job Duties
- Fostering a welcoming, professional environment by greeting visitors, answering calls, and ensuring a positive first impression
- Planning, coordinating, and participating in company events, team gatherings, and celebrations to build engagement and excitement
- Managing facility needs including office access, company car scheduling, vendor coordination, maintenance requests, and safety activities such as fire drills and emergency preparedness
- Supporting HR processes by preparing onboarding materials, conducting new hire onboarding, coordinating calendars, and maintaining accurate, confidential employee files
- Overseeing office operations by ordering supplies, stocking snacks, coordinating catered lunches, and keeping the workplace running smoothly
- Embrace a flexible, "wear multiple hats" mindset to adapt as business needs evolve
