  • Experience in an administrative, customer service, hospitality, or event management environment
  • Professional, polished customer service presence with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and external partners
  • Highly adaptable, thriving in an agile company environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
  • Satisfactory completion of a background check
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Fostering a welcoming, professional environment by greeting visitors, answering calls, and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Planning, coordinating, and participating in company events, team gatherings, and celebrations to build engagement and excitement
  • Managing facility needs including office access, company car scheduling, vendor coordination, maintenance requests, and safety activities such as fire drills and emergency preparedness
  • Supporting HR processes by preparing onboarding materials, conducting new hire onboarding, coordinating calendars, and maintaining accurate, confidential employee files
  • Overseeing office operations by ordering supplies, stocking snacks, coordinating catered lunches, and keeping the workplace running smoothly
  • Embrace a flexible, "wear multiple hats" mindset to adapt as business needs evolve
