Job Requirements

  • degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
  • previous experience in office management or administrative roles

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • knowledge of basic HR functions is a plus
  • familiarity with financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • manage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
  • oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring a well-functioning work environment
  • serve as a liaison between different departments, fostering effective communication
  • coordinate meetings, events, and appointments to optimize team collaboration
  • assist in HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting HR-related processes
  • work closely with management to address employee queries and concerns
  • collaborate with finance personnel to handle basic financial tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking
  • maintain accurate records of office expenditures and assist in budget tracking
  • manage and organize office documentation, records, and files
  • ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • provide support for customer inquiries and requests
  • ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective communication
