Job Requirements
- degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
- previous experience in office management or administrative roles
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- knowledge of basic HR functions is a plus
- familiarity with financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- manage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring a well-functioning work environment
- serve as a liaison between different departments, fostering effective communication
- coordinate meetings, events, and appointments to optimize team collaboration
- assist in HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting HR-related processes
- work closely with management to address employee queries and concerns
- collaborate with finance personnel to handle basic financial tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking
- maintain accurate records of office expenditures and assist in budget tracking
- manage and organize office documentation, records, and files
- ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- provide support for customer inquiries and requests
- ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective communication
