Job Requirements
- at least 1 year of office management and/or accounting experience
- swimming pool industry-related experiences preferred
- a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- no felony convictions (must pass a criminal background check)

- experience with graphic design is a major plus

Job Duties
- answering phones
- setting appointments
- returning customer calls
- handling customer complaints
- managing billing
- processing accounts payables and accounts receivables
- performing bank reconciliation
- overseeing vendor management
- sending out past due notices and following up with customers
- maintaining office space and break room
- working with design team on pool renovations
- maintaining social media accounts and updating regularly
