Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme weather
  • ability to work long hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to work early morning shifts, including 3 or 4 a.m. call times
  • ability to lift 40 pounds or more
  • candidates must undergo background checks
  • must be able to maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel or office housekeeping
  • must be 18 years of age
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • excellent customer service abilities
  • strong communication skills to engage with guests, colleagues and management
  • understanding of products used in the cleaning process

Job Duties

  • Maintain proper ballpark standards of cleanliness in assigned locations
  • follow all guidelines applicable to ballpark and restroom cleanliness
  • monitor assigned area for cleanliness and safety, addressing concerns with supervisor or management
  • maintain all aspects of restroom cleanliness and preparedness by stocking and wiping down dispensers, cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures, keeping the floor clean, dry and free of debris, and emptying trash cans
  • maintain office and ballpark cleanliness by emptying trash cans, replacing liners, wiping down countertop areas and tops of trash cans, sweeping or mopping as necessary, picking up and disposing of trash left in ballpark and outside perimeter
  • maintain confidentiality
  • work part-time up to 24 hours per week
