Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
- strong data entry and computer skills
- exceptional customer service skills both written and verbal
- flexibility to work overtime to meet deadlines
- ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- self-starter and motivated team player
- critical thinking skills for adapting to changing environments
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- full-time availability
- willingness to work 4-10 hour shifts Wednesday through Saturday
- located at SkyWest headquarters in St. George, UT

Job Duties
- Organize and support pilot training events
- coordinate schedules for classrooms, training devices, and simulators
- track trainee progress and reschedule sessions as needed
- verify instructor qualifications for scheduled sessions
- make travel and lodging arrangements for training purposes
- maintain communication with instructors, pilot records, flight operations managers, and supervisors
- maintain reports and documentation using Excel and other software
- ensure compliance with Department, Company, and FAA policies
