Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Dean's Office: greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to email inquiries
  • Manage CECS and CECS Graduate email accounts, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive materials with discretion
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare materials
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes
  • Coordinate and process travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
  • Prepare and process contracts in the ESM system
  • Assist with purchasing, reimbursements, and invoice processing in DASH
  • Maintain office supply inventory and manage event orders and catering
  • Track and compile data
  • prepare reports as requested
  • Oversee CECS scholarship processes, including tracking applications and coordinating committee communications
  • Assist with special events, banquets, and candidate visits, including logistics and setup
