Job Requirements

  • high school diploma
  • ability to perform general clerical duties including answering phones, typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, and processing invoices
  • strong organizational skills
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to coordinate meetings and prepare minutes
  • capacity to assist with project coordination and event preparation
  • availability to work full time, five days a week, eight hours per day

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in office administration or clerical roles preferred
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • professional demeanor and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • perform general clerical duties and support the operations of the department
  • coordinate and maintain progress of specific projects as assigned
  • coordinate and prepare for meetings including preparation of material, presentations and meeting minutes
  • maintain up to date logs pertaining to department requirements and/or committee lists
  • support the front office and greet all incoming visitors to the department
