Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency with office equipment and computer software

Job Qualifications
- prior experience in receptionist duties
- experience in customer service or community outreach
- familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- ability to manage phone systems and scheduling software

- ability to prepare meeting materials and agendas
- organizational skills with attention to detail
- experience in nonprofit or community-based organizations is a plus
Job Duties
- operate front receptionist desk for main office and answer and forward calls
- record and submit phone messages to office staff
- schedule appointments
- greet and assist visitors professionally and courteously
- resolve complaints from customers and public
- analyze data to respond to inquiries
- maintain office and equipment
- manage office supplies and inventory
- manage office room reservations
- prepare agendas and assist with meetings
- maintain executive director’s schedule
- support office operations and cleanliness
- assist with company events and assigned duties
