Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in office administration retail or hospitality
  • proficiency with google suite including docs and sheets
  • ability to work on site monday through friday at the atlanta headquarters
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • willingness to take initiative and adapt in a fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • experience in office administration retail or hospitality
  • possess a hospitality mindset and feel fulfilled when helping and supporting others
  • biased toward operational excellence with a strong attention to detail
  • proficiency with google suite including docs and sheets
  • excitement about working on a fast paced constantly evolving product
  • open to taking on additional responsibilities where needed
  • proficiency with navan and coupa are a plus
  • facilities management experience a plus

Job Duties

  • coordinate the day to day office operations including procuring parking passes maintaining office access greeting important visitors and clients providing office tours
  • coordinate preboarding communications and tasks for new hires prior to their start date including equipment requests swag shipments and incoming questions
  • host employee and customer events taking place in our atlanta company headquarters including set up tear down and some event planning activities
  • assist team members with event planning both in and outside of the office
  • coordinate preventative maintenance for the office suites as well as ongoing maintenance housekeeping and intake distribution of mail and packages
  • process all invoicing and payments related to the role
  • order office supplies receive shipments and ensure everything is stocked including snacks and beverages
  • assist with administrative upkeep of our co working relationships around the country to provide remote employees with temporary workspaces when needed
