Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years customer service experience
  • Ability to lift a minimum of twenty-five pounds
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet time deadlines during peak periods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with property management or room booking systems preferred
  • Commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality compliance
  • Ability to engage positively with colleagues and guests in a professional manner

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years customer service experience in dealing with blue chip or high touch clients
  • High school or college degree
  • Proven record of providing stellar customer service
  • Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment
  • High proficiency of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point applications
  • Knowledge in property management or Condeco systems a plus
  • Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication

Job Duties

  • Ensure clients and guests feel welcome and their needs are taken care of in a fun, friendly and professional manner
  • Ensure all guests and their individual preferences are captured for future visits and creatively accommodate special requests
  • Utilize technology to assist in room booking, reserving amenities, guest arrival and other colleague needs
  • Proactively communicate with the experience team and other service groups to ensure a one-team ethos
  • Conduct assigned daily checklists to ensure the quality of assigned workspaces, improve performance and enhance tracking
  • Maintain a clear, presentable, and safe office floor and actively log tickets for service
  • Provide technical support such as first-line fixes and handoff unresolved issues to the Techbar
  • Deliver occasional surprise and pop-up events at home Kitchen areas
  • Develop relationships with colleagues and gather information on their needs to identify ISS/Barclays services
  • Coordinate service items and décor for activations including breakdown and storage
  • Recommend best practices related to colleague experience, hospitality, operations, and events
  • Capture guests and colleagues' preferences for future visits and accommodate special requests
  • Assist in driving high colleague participation in workplace curated experiences
  • Facilitate campus tours for new employees and visitors with positive demeanor
  • Assist the team with preparation of reports and event implementation
  • Manage daily service delivery of curated experience vendors and activations
  • Periodically review and revise base building documents for your assigned floor
  • Manage colleague concerns in line with general standards
