Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
  • Ability or willingness to learn to operate material handling equipment
  • Able to work independently and unsupervised
  • High school diploma or equivalent (implied for the role)
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Availability for full-time schedule, 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Three years driving experience
  • Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license (unless otherwise indicated by state)
  • Preferred one to two years experience in customer service or minimum of one year related experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently
  • Ability or willingness to learn material handling equipment operation
  • Able to work independently and unsupervised for 98% of the work day

Job Duties

  • Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines
  • Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance
  • Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and other related equipment
  • Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines
  • report defective equipment as necessary
  • Ensure truck is properly loaded with all products required to service all scheduled machines
  • Inform clients and customers of new products or services
  • listen and resolve service complaints
  • Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or distribute sales materials to customers
  • Manage all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash, and products
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation following district procedures
  • Keep company vehicle clean and organized
  • perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections
  • Perform all job functions in a safe and professional manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned
