Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
- Ability or willingness to learn to operate material handling equipment
- Able to work independently and unsupervised
- High school diploma or equivalent (implied for the role)
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Availability for full-time schedule, 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Three years driving experience
- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license (unless otherwise indicated by state)
- Preferred one to two years experience in customer service or minimum of one year related experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently
- Ability or willingness to learn material handling equipment operation
- Able to work independently and unsupervised for 98% of the work day
Job Duties
- Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines
- Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance
- Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and other related equipment
- Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines
- report defective equipment as necessary
- Ensure truck is properly loaded with all products required to service all scheduled machines
- Inform clients and customers of new products or services
- listen and resolve service complaints
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or distribute sales materials to customers
- Manage all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash, and products
- Conduct inventory reconciliation following district procedures
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized
- perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections
- Perform all job functions in a safe and professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
