Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • No experience required, on-the-job training provided
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience preferred
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Basic knowledge of scheduling and dispatching resources
  • Capable of using radios, telephones, and computers for communication and coordination
  • Ability to address and resolve work-related issues
  • Willingness to learn and undergo on-the-job training
  • High school diploma or GED not required

Job Duties

  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers
  • Schedule and dispatch resources, including team members, crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations
  • Ensure timely and efficient movement of resources according to work orders and resource schedules
  • Oversee all communications within specifically assigned areas
  • Receive or prepare work orders and work schedules
  • Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work performed, service details, inventory, and dispatch information
  • Recognize and mitigate issues within the department and other work environments
  • Confer with clients and supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and resource requests
  • Monitor resources and utilization to coordinate services and schedules for optimal efficiency
  • Compile statistics and reports on work progress
  • Monitor daily services and provide updates and reports
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities
