Job Qualifications
- No janitorial or cleaning experience is required
- Excellent work ethic and customer service
- Superior attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move garbage bags and recycling boxes and push or roll recycling bins up to 30 lbs
- Ability to walk, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb a ladder
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Dependable, positive, and team orientated
Job Duties
- Providing customer service to building tenants and completing service orders
- Maintaining the facility and entrance of the building
- Picking up debris in parking lot
- Trash removal
- Dusting
- Cleaning all areas of restrooms
- Cleaning glass
- Restocking paper products and soap dispensers
- Shoveling snow and salting when needed
- Performing other janitorial duties as assigned
