Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, walking, bending, stooping, standing for long periods, and climbing ladders
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Positive and cooperative team spirit
Job Qualifications
- No janitorial or cleaning experience required
- Excellent work ethic and customer service skills

- Ability to lift and move garbage bags and recycling boxes up to 30 pounds

Job Duties
- Providing customer service to building tenants
- Completing service orders
- Maintaining cleanliness of facility and building entrances
- Picking up debris in the parking lot
- Removing trash
- Dusting
- Cleaning all areas of restrooms
- Cleaning glass surfaces
- Restocking paper products and soap dispensers
- Shoveling snow and applying salt when needed
- Performing other janitorial duties as assigned
