Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Relevant experience in customer service or retail
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- Ability to type 35+ wpm
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Experience with STORIS software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop and bend for 8 hours
- Ability to work various shifts from 7am to 10pm
- Pre-employment drug screen, background check and fit for duty exam required
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Four-year college or university degree preferred
- Two to four years related experience and/or training preferred
- Experience as a store manager or in a similar leadership role preferred
- Budgeting and payroll experience
- Cash handling and safe balancing skills
- Hands-on experience with STORIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities

Job Duties
- Rent AFW vehicles to customers and process financing applications
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during the point of sale process
- Respond and conduct public address system announcements
- Identify and read reports, tickets and UPC labels
- Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently at point-of-sale
- Execute consistent operational and selling processes
- Educate customers and employees on Satisfaction Guaranteed return policy
- Coordinate and work effectively with multiple departments to improve processes, maximize efficiency and exceed customer service expectations
- Take ownership to enhance customer experience
- Partner with other departments to ensure customers' needs are met and processes are completed per policy
- Enforce all company policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties assigned by management
- Maintain a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Recognize, identify and use merchandise and necessary reports
