Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- ability to work various shifts between 7am and 10pm
- ability to lift up to 50lbs
- ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and bend for an 8-hour day
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- cash handling experience
- familiarity with STORIS and Microsoft Suite
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to travel and work extended hours when necessary
- pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- meet physical demands of the role
- willingness to adhere to safety and security protocols
Job Qualifications

- experience in customer service or retail environment
- proficiency with STORIS software and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Rent AFW vehicles to customers and process financing applications
- provide exceptional customer service during point of sale
- respond and conduct public address system announcements
- identify and read reports, tickets, and UPC labels
- complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently at point of sale
- execute consistent operational and selling processes
- educate customers and employees on the Satisfaction Guaranteed return policy
- coordinate and work effectively with multiple departments to improve processes and exceed customer service expectations
- take ownership to enhance customer experience
- partner with other departments to meet customer needs
- enforce all company policies and procedures
- perform all other duties as assigned by management
