Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 6 months customer service or office experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to multitask, organize and prioritize tasks effectively
  • ability to work independently and as a team player
  • 10-key by touch, MAS90 and Access experience helpful

Job Duties

  • Answer multi-line phone system, identifying and directing phone calls in a professional manner
  • respond to incoming inquiries, completing proper research
  • maintain master schedule of appointments
  • update and maintain office files and records accurately including proofreading, data entry and collection of documents
  • handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • provide support to department and assist with special projects requested by management
  • maintain and organize inventory of office supplies and collateral material
