Job Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • At least 1 years of previous customer service experience
  • Previous experience working with children and parents
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Must have your own transportation
  • Willingness to commit to at least 1 year of employment
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Caring and compassion for children and adults
  • Great attitude and willingness to be coached

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with children and parents
  • High school graduate

Job Duties

  • Collecting payments and issuing receipts
  • Answering and returning phone calls, messages and emails
  • Making calls on behalf of directors, department leaders and staff
  • Ensuring an efficient use, management and running of an office
  • Sending out information, accounts and promotional material
  • Updating class rolls
  • Managing and taking stock of pro shop sales
  • Data entry on Jackrabbit (MS based program)
  • Light cleaning duties as stipulated in opening and closing checklists delegated by supervisor
  • Cash handling
  • Office-related projects set by directors
  • General office and administrative duties
  • Events management including the coordination and overseeing of special evening and daytime events
  • Customer retention including following up with trials, children with accident reports, administration of ribbons/levels/progressions
