Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related experience
  • Must be a US citizen
  • No security clearance required
  • Ability to lift and move objects such as IT hardware
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with office software
  • Must be available to work onsite in Fayetteville, NC
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Acts as the overall office assistant and facilities coordinator
  • Schedules office resources and maintains office supplies
  • Facilitates mail and shipments
  • Performs purchasing (P-CARD) and clerical support duties
  • Receives and greets visitors and guests
  • Organizes travel and coordinates office events
  • Completes personnel onboarding tasks including electronic I-9 verifications
  • Assists in creating and updating standard operating procedures
  • Monitors compliance with corporate requirements
  • Maintains organizational charts
  • Participates in special projects as required
