Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Must be a US citizen
- No security clearance required
- Ability to lift and move objects such as IT hardware
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with office software
- Must be available to work onsite in Fayetteville, NC
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency with standard office software

- Ability to create and maintain documentation

Job Duties
- Acts as the overall office assistant and facilities coordinator
- Schedules office resources and maintains office supplies
- Facilitates mail and shipments
- Performs purchasing (P-CARD) and clerical support duties
- Receives and greets visitors and guests
- Organizes travel and coordinates office events
- Completes personnel onboarding tasks including electronic I-9 verifications
- Assists in creating and updating standard operating procedures
- Monitors compliance with corporate requirements
- Maintains organizational charts
- Participates in special projects as required
