Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • US citizenship required
  • minimum 2 years of related experience
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • proficiency with office software
  • ability to perform moderate physical activities such as lifting and bending
  • capacity to handle multiple tasks and projects
  • willingness to work onsite in Fayetteville, NC

Job Duties

  • Acts as the overall office assistant and facilities coordinator
  • schedules office resources and facilitates mail and shipments
  • maintains office supplies and performs purchasing (P-CARD)
  • provides organizational and clerical support
  • greets visitors and handles general administrative duties
  • organizes and maintains common areas
  • performs general office clerk duties and errands
  • organizes travel and coordinates office events
  • reviews current processes and identifies improvement opportunities
  • completes personnel onboarding tasks including electronic I-9 verifications and onboarding briefings
  • assists in creating and updating standard operating procedures
  • monitors compliance with corporate requirements
  • maintains organizational charts
  • participates in special projects as required
