Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant office experience including typing and computer use
- excellent customer service skills
- strong oral and written communication
- ability to multitask and maintain organization
- proficiency using Excel and Word
- valid California Class C driver’s license may be required for some positions
- satisfactory driving record
Job Qualifications
- Equivalent to a high school diploma
- minimum one year of general office experience including typing, computer usage, and public contact for Office Assistant I
- minimum two years of work experience equivalent to an Office Assistant I in the City of Vacaville for Office Assistant II
- proficiency in Excel and Word
- excellent interpersonal skills
- strong oral and written communication skills
- ability to multitask
- ability to be well organized
Job Duties
- Providing customer service support by answering phone inquiries and assisting visitors at the front counter
- processing invoices for the maintenance division
- filing and mail distribution
- assisting with departmental projects and tasks as needed
- typing and word processing
- data entry and record keeping
- performing receptionist duties as required
