Job Requirements

  • Graduation from high school or equivalent GED
  • One year of general clerical experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Provide a variety of responsible clerical support to an assigned department or program
  • Communicate information to staff and the public
  • Provide information related to assigned program and activities
  • Prepare and maintain a variety of records and reports related to assigned programs and activities
  • Assist non-English speaking students and parents by translating and interpreting
  • Manage front desk and receptionist duties at the Education Services Center
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
