Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and maintenance
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with property management or real estate industry is a plus

Job Duties

  • Monitor office supplies and restock as needed
  • Perform work-related errands such as visiting the post office and bank
  • Ensure office equipment is maintained and serviced
  • Assist with distribution of rent statements, newsletters, and notices
  • Assist with bank deposits after rent collection
  • Support enforcement of community rules and regulations
  • Assist with event planning and implementation
  • Greet visitors and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Assist with collection of monthly rents, fees, and security deposits
  • Keep a logbook of complaints and incidents
  • Comply with laws and regulations related to property management
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
