Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of experience in a professional office setting is preferred
- Comfortable with computers and other office equipment such as scanners, faxes, and multi-line phone systems
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age due to insurance purposes
- A team player with a great attitude who will maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities and detail-oriented

Job Duties
- Ongoing scanning of documents into computer filing system
- Answer and direct calls appropriately using a multi-line phone system
- Assist the business office with administrative and clerical duties
- Relieve and back-up receptionist when needed
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for assisting customers and managers efficiently
- Other duties as needed by management
