Job Description

The Office Services Coordinator role is an essential position within a dynamic and professional office environment located onsite at the 101 CentrePort in Greensboro. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of GED or equivalent
  • At least two years experience in receptionist or concierge roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable using web-based systems and troubleshooting basic technical issues

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in receptionist or concierge role or related industries
  • GED or equivalent educational background
  • Proficient in basic computer functions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experienced with Outlook and email communication
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and PDF tools
  • Ability to navigate web-based systems

Job Duties

  • Acts as the initial point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees
  • Provides professional, welcoming, and efficient service
  • Manages incoming calls, visitor sign-ins, and general inquiries
  • Coordinates with internal teams for smooth front-of-house activities
  • Offers tailored assistance to clients and employees such as booking services and providing directions
  • Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of shared office spaces
  • Checks and sorts incoming mail, orders and restocks office supplies
