Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged required
  • prior customer service experience required
  • minimum of one year in front desk, concierge, customer service or hospitality preferred
  • strong knowledge of local community and attractions
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency in handling administrative tasks
  • capable of working onsite in seattle, wa

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged required
  • bachelor’s degree or professional hospitality accreditations preferred
  • prior customer service experience required
  • minimum of one year front desk, concierge, customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • strong knowledge of surrounding area and local recreational, hospitality, and business information

Job Duties

  • greet visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
  • answer and direct calls
  • assist with transportation
  • advise on local attractions
  • provide front-of-house reception services
  • perform administrative tasks as assigned
  • create a supportive and service-oriented atmosphere
