Job Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, or office coordination
- capable of multitasking and managing multiple priorities
- tech-savvy with proficiency in communication and event coordination tools
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- own the first impression by maintaining a sharp and welcoming office space
- manage vendor relationships including catering, snacks, and supplies
- ensure visitors including founders and investors feel at home
- lead logistics for in-office events such as managing RSVPs, coordinating tech and audio-visual setups, and sourcing catering
- act as the point person onsite during events to ensure smooth execution
- bring youthful and modern energy to the office culture
- assist partners with light administrative tasks and scheduling conference rooms
