Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, or office coordination
  • capable of multitasking and managing multiple priorities
  • tech-savvy with proficiency in communication and event coordination tools
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, or office coordination
  • enthusiastic and people-first attitude
  • strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • proficiency with modern tech tools such as Slack, G-Suite, and event management software
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment

Job Duties

  • own the first impression by maintaining a sharp and welcoming office space
  • manage vendor relationships including catering, snacks, and supplies
  • ensure visitors including founders and investors feel at home
  • lead logistics for in-office events such as managing RSVPs, coordinating tech and audio-visual setups, and sourcing catering
  • act as the point person onsite during events to ensure smooth execution
  • bring youthful and modern energy to the office culture
  • assist partners with light administrative tasks and scheduling conference rooms
