Committed to supporting the Society for the Propagation of the Faith as well as the Archdiocesan Office for World Mission, WMM plays a vital role in fostering mission animation, vocational support, and essential fundraising for the global Church. Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in communications, event planning, or office administration
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience with design software including Canva, Publisher, and Adobe
  • strong organizational skills
  • meticulous attention to detail
  • ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • willingness to attend occasional evening and weekend events
  • ability to travel infrequently to parishes throughout the archdiocese
  • valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel
  • ability to work full-time onsite at the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Pastoral Center

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead strategic communications including managing all social media platforms
  • update the website
  • design high-impact materials using Canva, Publisher, and Adobe
  • maintain vital donor communication and appeal mailing lists
  • coordinate and execute all mission-focused events online and in person
  • manage logistics, venue selections, content development, and volunteer teams from start to finish
  • provide critical administrative support including preparing materials and logistics for quarterly board meetings
  • manage data in our constituent database
