Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience in communications, event planning, or office administration
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- experience with design software including Canva, Publisher, and Adobe
- strong organizational skills
- meticulous attention to detail
- ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- willingness to attend occasional evening and weekend events
- ability to travel infrequently to parishes throughout the archdiocese
- valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel
- ability to work full-time onsite at the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Pastoral Center
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead strategic communications including managing all social media platforms
- update the website
- design high-impact materials using Canva, Publisher, and Adobe
- maintain vital donor communication and appeal mailing lists
- coordinate and execute all mission-focused events online and in person
- manage logistics, venue selections, content development, and volunteer teams from start to finish
- provide critical administrative support including preparing materials and logistics for quarterly board meetings
- manage data in our constituent database
