Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
- 1+ years of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll (preferred)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Work through competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Assist front office teammates with necessary tools, training, and information
- Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping
- Maintain accounts receivables and accounts payable accounts
- Handle cash procedures according to company standards
- Ensure consistent application of Caliber standard operating procedures through training and monitoring
- Deliver world-class customer service experience
- Support the efficient operation of the service center
