Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
- 1+ years of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll (preferred)
- must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
- must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

- 1+ years of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll (preferred)
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to navigate multiple software systems including Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
Job Duties
- assist front office teammates with tools, training, and information
- provide accurate and timely payroll and HR administration and recordkeeping
- maintain accounts receivables
- maintain accounts payable accounts
- manage cash handling procedures according to company standards
- ensure consistent application of Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through training and monitoring
- provide a world-class customer experience to all customers
