Job Requirements

  • Ability to work independently
  • proficiency in the Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • experience creating and processing purchase orders preferred
  • strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to be resourceful and proactive
  • willingness to assist with miscellaneous projects as needed
  • 2-5 years of experience in front desk or administrative role required
  • ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR
  • education: high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Answering all incoming calls and routing them appropriately, making sure voicemail is acceptable and, if not, offering alternatives
  • greet and direct visitors
  • creating and process purchase orders
  • manage office supply inventory and purchases
  • process invoices for accounts payable related to general office expenses
  • perform other duties as assigned, based on business needs
