Job Duties

  • Take charge of office operations and ensure employees have necessary resources
  • Ensure compliance through maintenance of licensure, records, and employee files
  • Provide reliable and accurate administrative support to enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Support the employee lifecycle process including onboarding, development, and transitions
  • Plan company events and manage Sandbox swag purchases to promote company culture
  • Assist Staff Accountant and Office Manager with office and HR administrative duties
  • Maintain communication and collaboration among teams to foster a positive work environment
