- ability to operate a company vehicle safely
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- prior experience in customer service or cashier roles preferred
- proficiency in POS and payment processing systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- knowledge of food safety and allergy procedures beneficial

- physical ability to lift and move products as required
- flexibility to work a variety of hours including weekends
Job Duties
- Accurately deliver and sell food and beverage items at off-site locations including schools
- load and unload items and supplies
- drive company vehicle safely and efficiently
- collect and process guest payment
- balance sales and receipts following restaurant procedures
- respond knowledgeably to questions about the restaurant and menu
- maintain and provide proof of valid driver’s license and safe driving history
- maintain fuel levels, vehicle security, cleanliness, and perform preventative maintenance
- maintain confidentiality of company records
- report accidents and violations
- follow all steps of service
- use sales techniques to promote current promotions
- understand and follow food allergy and special order protocols
- proficiently use POS, Frequent Diner, Gift Card, Credit Card terminals, and radio system
- available to work various shifts including weekends
- communicate effectively in written and spoken forms
- multitask calmly in busy environments
- work in confined, noisy, variable temperature environments
- move and lift up to 10-50 pounds
- stand and walk for entire shift safely through all work areas including stairs and slippery surfaces
