Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- experience in housekeeping and janitorial service
- knowledge of cleaning protocols and equipment
- understanding of health and safety regulations
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to communicate in English
- basic computer skills
- ability to obtain driver certification
- must be 21 years or older
- valid driver’s license with minimum five years driving history
- clean driving record
- no defaults on federal loans
- no disqualifying criminal convictions
Job Qualifications
- A high school degree/GED or higher
- proven experience in housekeeping and janitorial service in residential and commercial environments
- excellent knowledge of cleaning protocols, products, and equipment
- familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards
- exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- ability to articulate and defend the Christian educational mission and vision of Liberty University
- ability to obtain LU-approved driver certification with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- no default on federal student or parent loans
- no convictions related to fraud or misappropriation of government funds
Job Duties
- Cleaning various commercial and retail properties as well as residential properties as needed for move-in and move-out
- inventory and supplies management
- compliance and safety
- communication and collaboration with Real Estate team
- strictly adhere to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner
- work effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s Christian model and Mission – Training Champions for Christ
