Job Requirements
- Prior experience with coffee and coffee equipment
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday starting at 7:00 am or 8:00 am
- Reliable transportation to reach the 2207 7th St NW, Rochester, MN location
- Ability to perform physical tasks involved in stocking and cleaning
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to adhere to company safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience with coffee and coffee equipment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and sanitation tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Inventory coffee and coffee-related products
- Clean and service coffee equipment
- Receive delivery of soft drinks, bakery products, specialty foods, snack items, and sundries at customer locations
- Stock shelves or racks in vending machines and coolers
- Collect stale, rejected or unsold merchandise
- Collect money from machines and refill bill and coin changers
- Record transactions on electronic devices
- Maintain accountability for cash and product
- Communicate with customers to determine adequacy of service
- Prepare order forms for food and pastry products
- Inform regular customers of new products or services
- Listen to and resolve service complaints
- Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
- Maintain clean storeroom and vending area
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays
- Perform other duties as assigned
