Job Requirements
- Prior experience with coffee and coffee equipment
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
- Availability to start shifts at 7:00 am or 8:00 am
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the job
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience with coffee and coffee equipment
- Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
Job Duties
- Inventory coffee and coffee-related products
- Clean and service coffee equipment
- Receive delivery of various items, including soft drinks, bakery products, specialty foods, snack items and sundries at customer's place of business
- Stock shelves or racks in vending machines and coolers
- Collect stale, rejected or unsold merchandise
- Collect money from machines
- Refill bill and coin changers
- Record transactions on appropriate card and/or electronic device
- Be accountable for cash and product
- Call on existing customers to determine adequacy of service
- Prepare order forms for food and pastry products
- Inform regular customers of new products or services
- Listen to and resolve service complaints
- Perform routine maintenance on and sanitation of machines
- Maintain clean storeroom and vending area
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
