Job Duties
- Manage full-cycle ocean import and export operations including booking documentation and shipment tracking
- Communicate daily with carriers vendors and customers to ensure timely and accurate cargo movement
- Prepare and review key documents such as bills of lading commercial invoices packing lists and customs entries
- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve exceptions or delays
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency
