- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations

Job Duties
- Coordinate and manage the export process from start to finish
- Prepare and process export documentation including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
- Utilize CargoWise software to manage shipments, track inventory, and generate reports
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export shipments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all export activities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns
