Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics
  • At least 3 years of experience using CargoWise software
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and manage the export process from start to finish
  • Prepare and process export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
  • Utilize CargoWise software to manage shipments, track inventory, and generate reports
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export shipments
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all export activities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns
