Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Available to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job including standing bending and stooping
- Must be able to work on site

Job Duties
- Clean The Ocean Course Cottages including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily as well as maintain linen storage for cottages
- Deliver meals to cottages including breakfast and other meals
- Place personalized amenities in cottages for arrivals
- Ensure all pre-ordered food beverage and other items are stocked for guests
- Take all requests and ensure tasks are completed
- Remain alert courteous and helpful to guests and co-workers
- Interact professionally with high-end clientele
- Maintain clean and well-organized storage areas for cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain established cleaning procedures in public spaces of The Ocean Course Clubhouse including restrooms locker rooms lobby and function spaces
- Clean multiple common areas efficiently
- Keep restrooms refreshed with supplies continuously
- Document maintenance requests daily for cottages and clubhouse
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Replenish cutlery and kitchen equipment in cottages and maintain inventory
- Use computers efficiently to send emails and manage food beverage front desk golf tee-time systems
- Communicate with guests and internal departments to customize visits and complete reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
