Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Use of own vehicle required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow directions and perform tasks accurately
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical activities such as bending and stooping
- Must be able to work on site at The Ocean Course
- Strong computer skills required
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Clean The Ocean Course Cottages including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart and maintain linen storage for Cottages
- Deliver meals to cottages including breakfast and other meals
- Place personalized amenities in Cottages for arrivals
- Ensure all pre-ordered food beverage and other items are stocked for guests
- Take ownership of guest requests ensuring tasks are completed
- Remain alert courteous and helpful to guests and co-workers
- Interact professionally with high-end clientele
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas with equipment and supplies
- Clean public spaces in The Ocean Course Clubhouse including restrooms lobby and function spaces
- Maintain restrooms with continuous supply replenishment
- Document maintenance requests daily for Cottages and Clubhouse
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Replenish cutlery and kitchen equipment and manage inventory for Cottages
- Use computers effectively for communication and systems related to food beverage front desk and golf tee-times
- Communicate with guests and internal departments through email
- Perform additional duties as assigned
