Job Requirements

  • Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current therapist license issued by the state of Illinois
  • Current CPR certification
  • Proficiency in using technological devices and electronic documentation
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours as needed
  • Ability to provide personal care to a small percentage of patients

Job Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Illinois
  • Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
  • Proficiency with technology such as tablets and electronic documentation systems
