Job Requirements
- Proven track record in airline operations or within airside operations (ramp, traffic, or baggage)
- Aviation qualification (FAA certificates)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Understanding of airport and airline ground operations
- Computer literate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Able to work flexible schedule across all shifts including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Able to work 4-5 days per week, 8-10 hours per day
- Ability to work under pressure and multitasking
- Positive, open and cooperative behavior
- Compliance with company policies, values and ethics
- Reporting of unusual mishaps, non-compliance and risks

- Exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate with senior management, airport authority gate assignments, and service providers

- Able to work flexible schedule across all shifts within a 24/7 operation including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Able to work 4-5 days per week, 8-10 hours per day
Job Duties
- Assist dispatchers on duty in maintaining operational control, TSA vetting and transmission of passenger flight manifests including generation of GENDECS
- Relay requests from ground handling requests and operational schedules to downline stations, updating downline stations on flight status
- Coordinate flight information and delays with office staff and stations via the use of the company’s RAIDO/NOC system
- Review and reconfirm all details for the next day’s ground handling, catering and special services
- Follow up with stations on any irregularities, service failures, etc
- Update departure/arrival information in RAIDO
- Assist flight dispatchers with the dissemination of flight critical information (diversions, emergencies, etc.) to all internal departments via the RED FLAG reporting system
- Notify all internal departments and involved stations of flight delay information
- Secure Miami gate and ramp parking assignments with assistance of local ground handling team
- Coordinate fueling with local vendors for departures out of Miami
- Help coordinate aircraft movement/placement at home base
- Report all ferry flights departing MIA daily to Miami-Date County Ramp Control
- Make all applicable manifest changes for non-terminal operations and forward corrected manifests to assigned GSC, Ground Handler, and Passenger Services
- Contact all assigned FBO’s for next day’s operation to review report time and coordinate with assigned screeners
- Coordinate with Handler all manifest changes during flight check-in using Airline choice
- Transmit all Domestic and International APIS information to Customs for international non-terminal ops
- Follow up with Security Dept. on discrepancies with CBP and APIS programs
- Assist Dispatch with phone calls, flight following, abnormal operations and other duties
- Communicate aircraft movement messages to destination stations and TACC
