Job Requirements

  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be an organized self-starter with a desire to learn
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Must be willing to live in St. George, UT

Job Duties

  • Perform administrative duties for the Vice President OCC, Director OCC Standards, and OCC Managers
  • Coordinate all business travel including lodging and transportation for OCC personnel
  • Coordinate department events
  • Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies
  • order and track new items as needed
  • Record official minutes for OCC Safety and other departmental meetings
  • Assist departmental managers with recruitment and hiring
  • Support the OCC Schedule Coordinator with scheduling and payroll tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned by OCC leadership
