Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of coffee equipment, products, and menu offerings
- engage with customers by answering questions and providing recommendations
- prepare beverages according to established standards
- support overall operation of Teddy's Cafe including processing transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to procedures
- train new baristas
- follow recipes accurately and provide a high-quality guest experience
