Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability to work on-call shifts
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours on an on-call basis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a hospitality or food service environment preferred

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of coffee equipment, products, and menu offerings
- Engage with customers by answering questions and providing recommendations
- Prepare beverages in accordance with established standards
- Support overall operation of Teddy's Cafe including processing transactions and maintaining cleanliness
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures
- Train new baristas
- Consistently provide a high-quality guest experience
