Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 18 years of age
  • ability to stand for prolonged times and lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • excellent organizational and customer service skills
  • ability to operate office equipment such as computers, copiers and phones
  • ability to work independently and handle multiple demands
  • ability to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • knowledge of software and data entry systems including Outlook, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Adobe Sign
  • excellent organizational and customer service skills
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • ability to recognize and troubleshoot issues, think critically and solve problems
  • ability to work well under pressure and support the needs of others
  • ability to operate office equipment including computers, copiers, and phones
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple demands
  • ability to learn and apply institutional and departmental policies and procedures
  • ability to follow safety and security guidelines
  • ability to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Enter details, logistics and service orders into Momentus and StarRez
  • assist with data entry and administrative tasks
  • assist with events
  • create and order event materials like nametags, registration lists, event briefs, and decor as needed
  • assist with venue management
